Not at this time. However, we do offer secure, confidential online therapy sessions via telehealth. We strive to make our services accessible regardless of location.
What can I expect during my first session?
During your first session, we’ll discuss your goals for therapy, your personal history, and any challenges you are facing. This helps us build a treatment plan that’s right for you. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
How long are therapy sessions?
Most sessions last 50 minutes. However, depending on your needs, we may offer flexible scheduling.
How do I know if Telehealth is right for me?
Whole Self uses a HIPPA compliant, Telehealth platform. Telehealth can be a great option for anyone, especially those with a busy lifestyle. College students, clients with transportation barriers, or for those that live in remote areas also find it a convenient option.

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to someone else. A late cancellation or no-show may incur a fee.
